What we need
When you get in contact with us, we’ll ask for everything we need to make the process as smooth as possible. The most important element is the IMEI number of your phone. To get that, dial *#06#. Other helpful information includes the carrier the phone is locked to and the make and model.
What else you need to know
While most phones can be unlocked, it is not possible with some phones. If yours can’t be unlocked, we’ll refund your fee. In terms of timescales, the process can take between one and 10 days. The cost is variable too, and depends on the carrier and country the phone is locked to.
